Interim HR Project Lead

For an international client we are looking for an Interim HR Project Lead. Our client is aiming to increase standardization and harmonization throughout the organization. A strong project management capability combined with excellent (international) HR experience is an ideal combination for this role. Our client has identified an organizational change with great impact: they are looking for synergies, increased efficiency, quality and compliance.
The program team consists of apr 10 professionals. You will be responsible for the projects speed and rhythm as well as identifying several key issues and aligning with key stakeholders (for example works council). Experience strategic stakeholder management, combined with strong tactical skills are highly relevant.
The goals of the project are to:
• Drive operational excellence in non-primary processes.
• standardization and harmonization of processes and services.
• Focus on a consistent operating model to increase employee satisfaction.
• Increase adaptability and speed of change.
• Optimization, efficiency gains, increased automation.
for this position it is important that you are well versed in planning and budget control. Strong stakeholder management and communication are highly desirable features.
