Interim HR Manager
For our international operating client (tech / industry) we are looking for a Interim Human Resources Manager (Rotterdam area). Our client has a growth ambition and wants to centralize more in Europe. The HR team now consist of a small number of HR professionals that work together to achieve management results (HR Administration, Payroll, Projects) and are looking for a (senior) HR Manger to strengthen the team.
Your responsibilities include (among others):
- Thinking along and co-designing the HR department for the Netherlands and Europe
- Implementing management through objectives
- Setting up a talent development program
- Being an HR business partner for the European countries
