Nienke has a truly global perspective, having lived in some of the most vibrant cities across the world, Johannesburg, Singapore, Dubai and Houston. Her life and career have been defined by her passion for exploration, people and cultural exchange.  

With an International Hotel Management background, Nienke started her career in aviation during which period she not only honed her attention to detail and customer service skills but also deepened her love for connecting with people from all over the world with diverse backgrounds. This experience fueled her adaptability and resilience traits that have been essential in navigating life across different continents.  

During her time abroad, Nienke had the privilege of serving in several Supervisory and Advisory Boards. These roles allowed her to blend her leadership abilities with her passion for community building. She takes great pride in fostering connections. 

Throughout her international experiences, she has developed a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and a strong sense of empathy. She believes that her journey has shaped her into someone who’s open-minded, resourceful and committed to making meaningful contributions as Consultant in the Executive Search field.
