Nadieh’s personality can be characterized by perseverance and ambition. With enthusiasm and a positive attitude, she works hard to deliver great results. Always with a smile on her face combined with a healthy dose of humour.

Before starting college education, Nadieh was active in equestrian sports on an international level. As a result, she travelled a lot at a young age and therefore encountered different cultures. She brings this expertise and top sports mentality to her studies and work. She knows to value everyone and sees people and their stories as part of a bigger context. 

With an education in Business Administration, Nadieh looks at organisations and people in a positively critical way.  Investigating one’s motivation and passion and finding new possibilities to bring people and organisations together, gives Nadieh energy and motivates her. Nadieh is currently pursuing a Part-time Executive Master of Business Administration at TIAS Utrecht.

Nadieh is a sounding board and sparring partner for customers. Together with customers, she clarifies and refines the question in order to look for new opportunities and possibilities. At Hoek Consultants, Nadieh is responsible for Executive Search, Interim Management and Outplacement. Also, she supports in Leadership Development Programs.
