As a Data Scientist, Jelle stands out with analytical thinking and a detail-oriented work ethic. Internal expertise on data processing, machine learning and analytics works complementary to the intuition of experienced consultants. His purpose is to use data science to uncover leadership capabilities in a nuanced manner. To accomplish this we use creativity, respect for the individual and state-of-the-art insights from psychometrics. Jelle is developing an end-to-end assessment platform tailored to the needs of our clients.
