Gea is energetic, positive, enthusiastic and involved with customers and clients. Lifelong learning is her mission: She motivates people to develop themselves within their personal and professional live. Gea places autonomy at the centre of her work, thinks in terms of opportunities, while simultaneously encouraging an ongoing search for options and possibilities.

Gea is an Ashridge Accredited Executive Coach (EMCC – Senior Practitioner Level) and Supervisor (ESIA). She specialized in the field of Transactional Analysis (PGPO TA Academy, 2014-2017). In 2018 she attended the High-Performance Leadership Programme at IMD Business School and at Said Business school (Oxford). She then completed her MSc in Executive Coaching (AMEC) at Ashridge Hult Executive Education in 2019. In 2021 she completed a one-year programme, Embodied Coaching, centred around supporting and guiding personal change processes. Currently, Gea completed her accreditation in Organizational Supervision in July 2023 (Ashridge Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Supervision). In 2023/2024, she attends the Supervision Programme at the Centre for Supervision and Team Development in London.

Gea Hoek joined Hoek Consultants in 2009 as a Partner, where she focuses on Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, Outplacement, Assessment and Executive Search, in addition to the daily organisational tasks of Hoek Consultants as a Director. Gea is also accredited for several (online) Assessment tools (HOGAN, Insights Discovery, TMA). She applies this within talent management and individual (online) 360 degrees feedback possibilities. Gea is passionate about developing Management Development Programmes and Leadership Programmes for organisations and working with teams on personal development, professional growth and communication skills.
