 Out of his natural curiosity, Frans has done many studies and courses at home and abroad in recent years to sharpen his knowledge and skills. From various board and management roles and his experience as a Psychologist / Executive Coach, Frans has developed a hybrid profile with both a business and people-oriented approach. As a Leadership Expert & Executive Coach, Frans works with many boardrooms, boards and family businesses to discuss and solve complex issues. Based on his expertise, Frans is impact-driven and works with sharp analyses of the person and the situation to reach a supported solution. 

 With international experience, Frans deals with various leadership and complex succession issues. In addition, Frans works as Executive Coach with many directors, shareholders and high potentials to make specific questions at the intersection of business / private life transparent and negotiable. Based on this relational approach, Frans works with his clients to better understand the situation and further personal leadership.
