After his study Business Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Frank worked as a Consultant and Sales Manager for international software companies, focussing on CRM and information management. He learned about the importance of networking and information sharing in order to maximize customer’s experience. Since 2007 he works in Executive Search and has extensive experience within manufacturing, business services, digital & IT, agri/food and pharma/medical. He has an interesting network within private equity and experience with management buy-in/ buy-out propositions.

Frank has a structured approach for Executive Search assignments and for Coaching and Outplacement. What drives a person and what are their intrinsic motivation to reach their goals? These subjects have his special attention, as he continuously reflects on and revisits these themes. In his private life he enjoys squash and football and is board member at a medium-sized football club. He is married and has two teenage sons.
