Both in her work and private life, Conny is driven and enthusiastic to set people and business in motion, as well as to connect and develop them further. She aims to bring out the best in every person by working together. She is passionate about achieving the desired results.

Conny studied Human Resource Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Utrecht and she continued her training with a Master’s Degree in Strategic HRM at the University of Utrecht in 2016. During and after her studies, Conny worked at several international companies in the area of Recruitment & Selection, HR advise, Learning & Development and Sustainable Employability. She was responsible for several programs to connect and retain employees for the company. In these programs she had a special focus for the proven effectivity of vitality in the workplace. She also participated in a Young Professional Program, where she developed herself both in the working area and on a personal level. Besides working at Hoek Consultants, Conny teaches bootcamp classes on a weekly basis.  

Conny always tries to understand the current situation to make sure that the needs and wishes of both organizations, managers and employees are met. She asks critical questions to provide people and organizations with insight and to help them further. Conny has been working at Hoek Consultants since 2021 and her focus within Hoek Consultants is mainly on Executive Search, Career Coaching and Interim Management.
