As Executive Office Manager & Secretary of Frans Hoek, Carmen has an important key position within the organization. Not only does Carmen take a sincere and deep interest in her colleagues and managers, she also places the needs and interests of all our customers first. Her affinity with Human Capital and almost 9 years of work experience within Hoek Consultants offers her an extensive and varied position within and outside the organization. 

After her international Tourism & Management training, Carmen has held various positions at GVA (Ahold), among others, and has worked at Manpower for over fifteen years as an Office Manager and Senior Consultant. She has now been working for Hoek Consultants for over 8 years. In addition to her work within Executive Search, she is also heavily involved within Executive Office Management and Administration. She supplemented this with an English for Business training at the WUR and certifications for the assessment methods, TMA and Hogan. Carmen thrives within a professional working environment.

Carmen is that specific key factor to strengthen the team and she is authorized to take initiatives with the aim of providing maximum support. She not only works closely with the board members, but is also in frequent communication with our customers and coachees, while simultaneously managing schedules, receiving guests, planning and organizing workshops, managing and developing various contracts and assessments (TMA & Hogan).
