Arjen is a driven and entrepreneurial professional. He is analytically sharp and knows how to connect the individual and the team. He is particularly interested in meaning making as it is a core element for sustainable motivation and successful cooperation. His enthusiasm is contagious and encourages to engage and bring about change. He focuses on possibilities and applicability. 

Arjen lived in Germany and the Netherlands. He studied Business Administration and obtained an academic degree in Theology. He is attaining a MSc in Executive Coaching (AMEC) from Ashridge Hult Executive Education which he will complete in 2023. He has experience in various roles at national and international level within profit and non-profit companies. He developed and implemented various programs for, among other things, volunteer and change management. At Hoek Consultants, he launched the label HC Food & Agri and leads its dedicated team. 

Arjen focuses on leadership development within organizations and the transition from current to the desired future leadership. In doing so, he not only looks back to understand the current situation, but also challenges to take the next step forward. He knows how to engage people and bring about change. His experience in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Executive Search and Interim Management makes him a solid sparring partner for (inter)national organizations.
