Already 27 years Hoek Consultants stands for Corporate Social Responsibility. Through our support of cultural and sporting events, we bring our motto: "Kijken is onze kunst" in practice. We don't only have a critical view, but we also try to contribute. In recent years we've been supporting various activities and organizations.

Currently, we sponsor Musical Theatre Roekeloos from Wageningen. In February and March 2012 they celebrated their ten-year musical anniversary with the show Masquerade Unveiled, in which a wide range of musical classics in several major musicals (including Notre Dame, Chicago, Mozart, Cleopatra, Cabaret, Little Night Music, Romeo et Juliette and Rent ) come together in a new context. Musical Theatre Roekeloos also plays their self-written musical "Marie Antoinette, Queen of France", in September and October 2012. This play is about the life of the last queen of France, who was killed by the guillotine in 1793. In this new piece, in which the spectator gets to know the queen as the narrator of the story, the memories of her life, sometimes with a fine line between humor and drama, are set put. Hoek Consultants is also committed to supporting sporting achievements at national and international level.

We sponsor the A1 women's team of the Wageningsche Mixed Hockey Club: www.wmhc.nl and the first women's team of the Hockeyclub VVV in Amstelveen: www.hockeyclubvvv.nl.

Hoek Consultants also supports Nazareth House in Johannesburg (South Africa), owned and run by the Sisters of Nazareth, a Catholic religious order of nuns which was founded in England in 1857. The Sisters and staff care for 35 HIV+ orphans, 22 adult, terminally ill Aids patients, 135 frail aged and 10 mentally challenged women. Most of the residents of Nazareth House can no longer adequately care for themselves or be maintained by the community. They also run a clinic for over fifteen hundred patients from the local community. Hoek Consultants is sponsor of the new schoolyard of the Piekschool in Wageningen (www.piekschool.eu). The youth is the future, that is something we are happy to promote.
