Assessments of Hoek Consultants provide clear answers to questions, including development-oriented advice. One of our assessmentposibilities  is the Talent Scan. Our Talent Scan differs from other analytical methods such as traditional psychological tests, by looking at your candidate structured way through all aspects of your candidate to look like:

  • The talents / motives of your candidate
  • The behavior of your candidate
  • Interests of your candidate
  • Cognitive abilities

Our Talent Scan looks at the often unconscious motivations, which are the basis of talent, skills, behaviors and pitfalls. Practical simulations are left out in our Talent Scan on purpose because it is difficult to "be yourself" when there are an actor or assessor role or a certain behavior you expect and under pressure. This is a false picture of a person's behavior in the workplace in its normal do. Our Talent Scan:

  • is experienced in a different way: pleasant, challenging and above all throbbing!
  • provides insight and confronts, but is always based on talent and never condemns.
  • is used both for selection, assessment and personal development or coaching.
