Team Development Coaching focuses on management teams and boards that want to be supported in their development process towards becoming a (more) successful team and that also want help resolving issues that may exist in their team.
Expat Coaching is a specialized way of coaching aimed at Expats who have to adapt to Dutch culture and work environment. Hoek Consultants provides support and feedback from a scientific point of view.

Our trainings are provided in cooperation with Enjoy Performance. This strategic partner is chosen after a careful and critical selection for her academic and international scope. Enjoy Performance focuses on performance improvement through training and peer into the areas: communication and personal development, sales & service, strategic account management and management.
